The content on this site is general information about the studio and its work. It is not advice, and product statuses shown here reflect the position at the date above.

Engagements

Consulting work is delivered in fixed phases, priced before each phase starts, with half payable upfront and half on delivery unless a proposal says otherwise. Either party can choose not to continue at a phase boundary. The specific terms of any engagement are set out in its written proposal, which prevails over this page.

Portfolio products

TenderFinder, Schmick As, SnapChange and TierAlarm are separate products with their own terms on their own sites.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from this site or an engagement is limited to resupplying the relevant services or refunding the amount paid for them. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
